[Halld-online] Other items in hdops home directory

Hello David,

Things that start with "ac" (acanalyser, acviewer) and tagm belong to Alex
Barnes and myself. These are tools for analyzing and viewing results from
the active collimator (ac) and tagger microscope (tagm). We have copies of
these projects offsite and can reinstall them any time, if you would like
to clean up the space.
