[Halld-online] [New Logentry] Counting House Cleanup and Console Assignments

The control room in the counting house has been cleaned up in preparation for the upcoming commissioning run with the following actions:

1. All extra paper scraps have been gathered from the (wooden) desktop and placed in the trash can.
2. Nearly all files left on the (computer screen) desktop were moved into a folder called "WILL_BE_DELETED".
3. Labels were printed and attached to the upper RH corner of each of the 5 large monitors indicating their suggested use. These are based mainly on the console assignments presented and discussed at the Oct. 22nd Online Working Group Meeting (https://halldweb1.jlab.org/wiki/images/7/78/ControlRoomConsoles.pdf).
4. gluon02-gluon04 were rebooted and appropriate windows brought up on gluon02 and gluon3.
