[Halld-online] [New Logentry] gluon01-gluon05 HTTP proxy server

The firefox preferences for gluon01-gluon05 have been updated to exclude the following address ranges from using a proxy. This was motivated by the inability to reach web servers internal to Hall-D (cameras, vme crates, ...)
The specific settings:

Not for proxy:

localhost,127.0.0.1,<localhost>,.jlab.org,129.57.0.0/16
