[Halld-online] [New Logentry] CODA version switched back to 3.05

The default CODA version setup in /gluex/etc/hdonline.cshrc has been changed from 3.03 to 3.05. This is so we can debug the rate issues in 3.05 and prepare for the next run.

In order for the monitoring system to connect to the CODA 3.05 DAQ system, the following changes were required:

1. Change hdonline.cshrc so that LD_LIBRARY_PATH is set correctly for processes started via ssh.
This also sets up the proper values for ETROOT, EVIOROOT, CMSGROOT, ... so that software
depending on these packages can be recompiled.

2. Recompiled sim-recon to use the CODA 3.05 versions of ET and EVIO

3. Recompiled the online monitoring software in /gluex/builds/devel/packages/monitoring

4. Restarted the cMsg servers on both gluondb1 and gluon46. These were done by hand to use the
CODA 3.05 versions. If these computers are restarted or the services restarted, then they will
revert to CODA 3.05. Here is the command:

/apps/bin/sudo /gapps/Java/jdk/1.7/x64/jdk1.7.0_60/bin/java -cp /gluex/coda/3.05/common/jar/cMsg-4.0.jar org/jlab/coda/cMsg/cMsgDomain/server/cMsgNameServer >& /dev/null &
