[Halld-online] [New Logentry] CODA 3.05 bug fixed

A bug introduced in CODA 3.05 that significantly limited the event rate relative to CODA 3.03 was identified and fixed this morning. The bug caused the Data Concentrator processes to use a slower socket mechanism for data transport internally rather than shared memory. Once the bug was found and fixed by Carl T., the data rates increased by a factor of 10. We were able to read events at ~40kHz using block mode 20. A result consistent with the CODA 3.03 testing done during the run in December.
