[Halld-online] gluon43, gluon42, gluon01 down today

Hi All,

  The gluon43 computer is back from being repaired and will be installed today.
One issue though is the network card is having issues. Paul will be taking gluon42
down today to exchange cards and retest. Do not rely on either gluon42 or
gluon43 to be available today.

Also, gluon01 will be taken down so that the OS may be downgraded to 
RHEL6.
