[Halld-online] gluon maintenance

Rebooting gluon25, gluon26, gluon29, gluon30 would require
coordination with Tim and with cryo group. We probably should
do the others first, and then do guon25 to gluon31 separately
to minimize the impact on operations.

Is this just to upgrade of kernel or you want to synchronize the RPM
packages too?
