[Halld-online] VME/VXS crates powered on

Hi All,

  As advertised last week, I turned on all of the VMS/VXS crates in Hall-D and the Tagger Hall this morning.
I did not turn on roctrig3 and I did not touch any HV or LV supplies. The motivations for doing this now are:

1. Full scale testing of CODA 3.0.6
2. L3 testing/development
3. Performance testing of alternate Data Concentrator configurations

All of these require the full complement of crates.
