[Halld-online] [New Logentry] Online monitoring disabled

The online monitoring system has been temporarily disabled. There is apparently a slow memory leak that ends up exhausting the memory on the farm nodes over the >1 day cosmic runs. A couple of nodes (gluon 109, gluon110, gluon47) have locked up and need to be power cycled. That will be done Monday morning.
