[Halld-online] Counting House Summer work plan

Hi All,

A quick update on the work planned for the counting house this summer during the downtime.
I spoke with Alex S. and he has requested that we delay any reconfiguration for two weeks after
the run to give him a chance to install and test firmware upgrades for electronics in the hall.
The schedule (below) has been adjusted to accommodate this. There is still some flexibility 
in the schedule as fas as I’m concerned so if this revision causes conflicts for anyone, please
let me know and we’ll adjust it accordingly.


5/4 Identify cables for purchase and submit PR
5/8 Design stress relief bars. Order parts
5/9 Identify removable labels and order parts if needed
5/21 Upgrade gluonfs1 firmware and defrag
5/22 RHEL7 upgrade on Desktop computers
5/23 Remove cables
5/23 Rearrange components in racks
5/24 Install cables
5/30 Test DAQ and resolve lingering issues

which I will work on this week.
