[Halld-online] [New Logentry] /gluex/data/rawdata/all changes

I have modified the script that maintains the list of symbolic links in /gluex/data/rawdata/all . The directory acts as a single point of access to raw data files on all partitions on both gluonraid3 and gluonraid4. Previously, symbolic links were made pointing only to the RunXXXXXX directories. This did not work for multi-stream readout where directories were created on multiple partitions.

With this current change, actual directories are created and links to the files created inside them. The effective paths used to the access the files are not affected by this change.

The script that implements this system is maintained here (though run from the installation directory elsewhere):
