[Halld-online] RunPeriod-2018-08

Hi All,

  Just a heads up that I have begun the process of switching us to RunPeriod-2018-08.
A CCPR has been submitted to create the new tape volumes. I will update the CODA
config and default hdops environment once the new volumes are ready. In the meantime,
run numbers will still be in the 40000 range and go to the 2018-01 run period.

Another announcement will be sent once the change is completed.
