[Halld-online] [New Logentry] CDAQ/daq_dev_v0.31/daq link to subversion

After the OS upgrade to RHEL7.6 I tried to upgrade the subversion code checked out in CDAQ/daq_dev_v0.31/daq. I needed to commit a change to the coolutils.py python module that resides there and is used by the monitoring system. The upgrade failed due to several files in the .svn directories having been moved to a directory name ".svn/tmp". I copied these back to the proper level so I could do the "svn upgrade" and then commit my change to the repository.

A large number of files indicated uncommitted changes. Because it looks like someone had deliberately disabled subversion for this directory tree, I was concerned that the changes there were not meant to be committed to the repository (possibly older versions copied over for testing). I decided not to commit those for the time being. However, I left the repository "live". I assume Sergey or Sasha knows something about this and can advise on what needs to be done.
