[Halld-physics] the eta-primakoff proposal for Hall D

     Dear GlueX Collaboration Members,

  The updated draft #4 version of the eta-primakoff proposal is now posted
  at the same directory:

     http://www.jlab.org/~lgan/PAC35/

  The text still needs some polishing, but the essential part is already
  there and completed. Please take a look and send us your comments and/or
  suggestions.

  In preparing this proposal we got a great support and important, in many
  cases critical contributions from many of you and from the entire GlueX
  collaboration.
  The proposal is much stronger now than a month ago.
  Thank you very much for that work.

  If you are interested in joining this proposal, please let us know, we
  will be glad to do that. The deadline for the proposal submission is
  on Monday by 5 pm.
