[Halld-physics] kinematic fitting

Hi Everyone -

  I contacted Matt Bellis on the kinematic fitting today. After that, I 
added
a link to kinematic fitting on the offline software wiki page. Currently it
has links to two talks that Matt gave that have examples as well as a 
tarball
of code that contains fitting examples. These were never checked in as Matt
could not see a reasonable place to put them.
