[Halld-physics] nice review article on Regge theory posted

Colleagues,

Eugene Levin (Tel Aviv University, former student of Gribov) has put 
together a very nice review of diffractive strong interaction physics 
that he calls "Everything about Reggeons".  It is at a level of a grad 
student who has taken a course in field theory, and collects a lot of 
what Levin told me almost everyone has either forgotten or never knew.  
Maybe 126 pages is too much for one evening, but it makes for a good 
Saturday night read.  I posted a link to it on the gluex wiki physics 
page under "Older Review Articles".
