[Halld-physics] track candidate multiplicity

Hi All,
I attached 5 plots showing the track candidate multiplicity coming
that use hits from the 5 generated particles from the file
hdgeant_smeared_Apr15_sample.hddm
containing 5 charged generated particles
K+, p, pi-, pi-, K+
you can see that the hits of the first pi- are scattered over many
track candidates in many cases.
The main problem is that the momentum of both pi- particles
are quite often below 200 MeV or at least one of them.
