[Halld-physics] physics meeting

Hi Ryan -

   I am able to connect to the Wiki, it is a bit slow, but can connect. 
I have also
opened the ESNET connection and bridged EVO to it. Hopefully this will
allow for Jefferson Lab to connect in. There is some "small" hope that their
ESNET connection may be restored this morning.
