[Halld-physics] cerenkov hits in hdgeant

Following up on Nathan Sparks' presentation today, I checked on his claim that both hits and TruthHits are not being made in the gas Cerenkov simulation.  I just checked in a change to savehits.F that fixes this problem.  Please "svn update" the HDGeant folder, do "make", and try it again.  You should make sure that CKOV is set to 1 and ABAN is set to 0 in your control.in file.
