Hi,

We are going to reconstruct recoil protons and
veto events with charged track. I dont' think that
the combinatorical background due to the pipeup
of em events only is an issue.

The em pileup with hadronic events is our concern.

Mark, we have already made some 'preliminary' estimates
of the hadronic bg - adding plots to the proposal.
