[Halld-physics] Website of the Physics Working Group

Hi all,

I slightly modified the physics working group website and (for the moment) added a table with this year's conference contributions. Since we decided to give practice talks and go over slides ahead of the meetings, I think this is the right place (at least) for the most recent contributions. 

If you are planning on giving a presentation in the near future, please let me know and/or add the information to the table for the working group (talks and proceedings). 

I also added the links to the Physics Analysis page and to the list with all the physics conferences. I am working on merging and updating the current table with the talks listed under (also not complete):
