[Halld-physics] Physics Meeting on Monday

Not yet, but I can see that it would definitely come in handy.  If we put it somewhere centrally located we may want to be careful to separate personal, work-in-progress code from "finalized" code.  I guess we can discuss specifics at the next offline meeting.
