Hi,

Here are some brief notes from this morning's meeting:

1. Discussion on important/interesting channels to be studied
The table that Volker put up is only for those channels that
people have said they would do
(you cannot "claim" an analysis channel).

We need more people working on the specifics of each channel,
as each channel has its own difficulties.

We may want to add the channels that are important for
the pion polarizability and rare eta decay experiments.

2. Organization of analysis channels, wiki
Paul will organize the analysis section of the wiki page,
and we will have a table of ongoing analyses. People
will also be encouraged to submit their analysis code
into the repository so that other people can see what
has been done.

3. Secondary vertices
Kei gave a talk on reconstructing secondary vertices
in gamma + p -> K+ Lambda(1670), Lambda(1670) -> Lambda eta.
The secondary vertex of the Lambda is reconstructed rather
well when the 8-C kinematic fit works. A 1% kfit CL cut
reduces the reconstruction efficiency to ~2%.

(note: there was a typo in slide 8 where the generated number
of events are shown. The number shown is the TH1F::Integral()
after scaling down to have the same height as reconstructed.
The generated number of events was 389k, and the acceptances
shown are correct.)

Kei will continue studies of Lambda vertices, with possible
future extensions to Sigma+ -> p pi0 and Cascade vertices.
