[Halld-physics] [GlueX] DNP2013 Abstract

Hi Volker,

   Thanks for the feedback. I actually avoided defining it as a 
"background" just because we intend to use the muons to measure the 
polarization and so they will actually be very useful for us. I've 
already submitted the abstract, but I'll make sure to make the multiple 
roles that the muons play clear in the talk.
