[Halld-physics] Thrown Track Topology

Due to popular request, I've posted instructions on how to get the thrown track topology from an event.  It briefly describes how you can get the information from the DMCThrown particles, and also shows how you can use the classes in the ANALYSIS library to get the information as well (this requires a relatively recent (post-previous-tagged-release) version of the trunk.
