[Halld-physics] talk at NSTAR2013

Hi,

I have been invited to give a 20+5 min talk at the upcoming
NSTAR conference. The invitation is for my CLAS thesis work, but
the organizers have allowed me to spend a few minutes to talk
about GlueX.

If you have any comments, particularly on the GlueX parts,
please let me know. Since I have limited time during the talk,
the part about GlueX is a broad introduction, mostly from
the current PAC proposal.
