[Halld-physics] weekly offline monitoring results

The weekly run results from last Friday are now available:

We processed up to run 1397 this time. There were a few
processing issues, which led to quite some time for the
jobs to get done.

For info on the runs taken within the last two days,
we hope to provide those very soon.
