Hi Beni,

Thanks for taking this on. As a reminder, my understanding was to 
consider two questions:
1) Are there examples of C=+ neutral states produced in photoproduction 
(i.e. is there evidence for rho-exchange)
2) What is the evidence for h_1 and h_1' states?
