[Halld-physics] proceedings for HYP2015

Hi Curtis,
Thanks for going through my paper. This is for the HYP
conference and for plenary talks the page limit is 10 pages.
In case anybody noticed, the page numbers are outside
of the page, but I did not change anything in the style file
so I assume the editors will fix that).
I understand that we don't want too much overlap in our
separate proceedings but my proceedings is based on the talk
I gave, and I think to some extent this can't be helped. I will
go through and see if I can enhance the strangeness part
and remove some of the overlap.
I will also go through the numbers and see if there are any
discrepancies.
