[Halld-physics] Fwd: proceedings for HYP2015

I sent this to the working group yesterday, but it got blocked as I tried to attach a PDF.
I suggested that Kei remove the overlap with the collaboration contribution in doc
db — I forget the number, but it is one of the most recent contributions.
