[Halld-physics] Abstract for DNP Fall 2015 Meeting

I attached an abstract that I am planning on submitting for the DNP
meeting this Fall. The topic is on BCAL gain calibrations. The deadline is
July 1st, so if you have any suggestions please let me know before then.
