[Halld-physics] Analysis Launch: 2016-02 ver01

Dear Collaborators,

The second and final part of the analysis launch is complete. It 
comprises the REST files from batch 03 and 04 (runs 10331 to 11346). The 
processing time was again about 6 days.

A few jobs consumed a huge amount of memory or took a much longer time 
than average and had to be resubmitted several times.

Due to a misunderstanding, a few plugins were not included when we 
started batch01. For batch 02, this has been corrected.

All trees and histograms are written to tape and pinned to the cache 
disk for the next 30 days at:

/cache/halld/RunPeriod-2016-02/analysis/ver01/

The log files are saved here:

/work/halld2/analysis/RunPeriod-2016-02/ver01/log/
