[Halld-physics] Analysis Launch Webpage

Dear Colleagues,

I created a new wiki page with details of the recent analysis launch. In 
particular, you can find a table with the disk/tape footprint by author 
and channels as it was requested in the last offline meeting:

It is also linked to the main physics analyses page:

The latter was just cleaned up by Paul to his best knowledge. Please,
