[Halld-physics] Eta/Eta-Prime meeting times

Hello folks:

you probably saw Paul’s email that the Analysis meetings will now be at 2pm EDT, starting Aug 29.  This means that they are directly ahead of our 3pm Eta/Eta-prime slot.

The Analysis meetings sometimes go 1.5-2 hrs, so that can spill into our slot.  

At this stage I am polling opinions as to:
A. keep same slot, wait for Analysis meeting to finish, use same JLab room, and go on with our meeting
B. seek a different date/time

If the majority opt for option B, I’ll set up a Doodle Poll.
