[Halld-physics] Sigma asymmetry and phi-dependent detector acceptance

Hi All,

There has been some discussion about the requirements for measuring the Sigma beam asymmetry.  I tried to briefly summarize the 2 methods I'm aware of for measuring the asymmetry using PARA and PERP orientations to cancel possible phi-dependent detector acceptance.
