[Halld-physics] Offline monitoring results, 2015-12, ver01

An offline monitoring launch was run over the Fall 2015 data, and the results are available on the monitoring webpages (select RunPeriod-2015-12, ver01):

The #-of-events for each run has not yet been updated in our database, but we’d rather focus our efforts on switching towards using the RCDB.  Some useful  run ranges include:

BCAL & FCAL turned on:
4309-4310
4318-4323
4340-4345
4398-4405

And the TAGH and TAGM were on for some early runs (e.g. 4180).  

The REST files are at:
/volatile/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2015-12/ver01/REST/

and the REST files that have been merged together for each run are becoming available at: 
/volatile/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2015-12/ver01/REST/fullruns/
