[Halld-physics] Offline Monitoring Launch: 2016-02 ver02

The first monitoring launch over this year’s production data (2016-02 ver02) is finished, and the results are on the monitoring webpages:

The REST files are on the write-thru cache disk at:

Note that these files will be automatically backed up to tape, and will be-auto deleted when the cache disk gets full, but they should stick around for a few weeks at least.
