[Halld-physics] Analysis Launch: 2016-02 ver02

Dear Colleagues,

The new reconstruction launch (ver02) is running flat out. The two last 
periods starting with run 11366 will probably be completed later this 
week. As it was decided at the analysis meeting, we will run another 
analysis launch over the REST files to have the results ready for the 
DNP meeting as soon as possible.

If you want your plugin to be included, please send me name and location 
(in svn)  before *Friday, 9/9/16, noon*.

If you already submitted your plugin for the last run, *please confirm 
it again*. You can also commit changes to the repository until Friday, 
when we will update and recompile all plugins.
