[Halld-physics] DNP TALKS: MUST USE RECON LAUNCH VER01

The tracking reconstruction was significantly worse for ver02 than for ver01: the resolution is much worse and the yields are significantly reduced.  See the logbook entry below for a comparison between the two launches:

We are still trying to diagnose the source of the problem.  In the meantime, for the DNP talks, you MUST use the results from the ver01 reconstruction.  We're sorry about this, and we're trying to track down the problem.  

We are currently caching the ver01 REST files, and are about to run another analysis launch over the ver01 data, using your latest plugins.  If you want to submit any last-minute plugins or changes, please do so by 3pm today (and notify Alex A. of new plugins).
