[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch: 2017-01 ver11

Dear Colleagues,

The first full offline monitoring run over this spring’s production data 
(2017-01 ver11) is done. It includes 350 physics runs, about a factor 7 
more than the golden period in 2016.

As we want to evaluate the calibrations as quickly as possible to be 
able to launch the production soon, please check the monitoring plots of 
your detector system and report any observed problems.
