[Halld-physics] Analysis Launch: 2016-02 ver06

Dear Collaborators,

The analysis launch over the 2016-02 ver04 REST files (period 1 and 2) 
is completed. Only 2 out of 9004 jobs showed problems and could not 
produce output trees.
