[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch: 2017-01 ver18

Dear Colleagues,

The full reconstruction launch on the first half of the 2017 data is 
progressing. In parallel, we completed a monitoring launch on the second 
half of the runs starting with #30796 today. It includes updated FCal 
and TagM calibrations.

The post-processing is still running, but you can already find the first 
monitoring plots on the webpages:
