[Halld-physics] PAC Proposal Internal Review Schedule

Hi All,

In an effort to organize potential PAC proposals and LOIs within the Physics WG this year, I put together an internal review schedule working backwards from the May 22 submission deadline:

April 3 or 17: Those planning to submit a proposal or LOI should give a short (~10 min) presentation at the Physics WG meeting.  The presentation should provide a status update on the proposal development, and discuss what work still needs to be done (eg. simulations studies).
May 1: Drafts of proposals are posted internally to the collaboration for discussion.  These do not need to be final drafts, but should contain the relevant information for collaborators to provide comments which focus on improving the proposals before submission.
May 15-17: Short presentations from each proposal/LOI at the GlueX collaboration meeting.  This provides one last opportunity for collaboration comments.

This schedule should be helpful for both proposal advocates to receive internal feedback before the PAC and for the collaboration to see the proposals well in advance of the submission deadline.
