[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch: 2017-01 ver10

Dear Colleagues,

The first batch of the latest offline monitoring run over this spring’s 
production data (2017-01 ver10) is done. It comprises all data before 
the switch to higher beam current (last run number: 30788).

As we want to evaluate the calibrations as quickly as possible to be 
able to launch the production soon, please check the monitoring plots of 
your detector system and report any observed problems.
