[Halld-physics] sim 1.2.1 completed

Colleagues,

Processing for sim 1.2.1 is done. 20,521 jobs were run and all but two 
were successful. Each job simulated 300,000 bggen events, for a total of 
6 billion events. The number of events for each run was chosen to be 30% 
of number of events in the corresponding production-quality run from 
Spring 2016.

Two notes:

 1. Because of Lustre errors, there were a few of the ROOT files and
    smeared HDDM files that were lost. However, care was taken to re-run
    jobs to have a complete set of REST files however (except for the
    two jobs mentioned above).
 2. Not all of the files have made it to tape as of this writing. If you
    don't find a file on the /mss directory it is in /cache waiting to
    be archived to tape.
