[Halld-physics] Internal review of PAC Proposals

Hi All,

In preparation for this year's PAC proposals we’ve started an internal review process which began during our last two Physics WG meetings with short presentations on each of the proposals. The next step of the review process is for drafts of each proposal to be posted internally to the collaboration for discussion.  This year’s PAC proposals will be uploaded to the DocDB and linked at https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki-private/index.php/PAC_45_Proposal_Internal_Review <https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki-private/index.php/PAC_45_Proposal_Internal_Review>.  The KLong proposal is already posted there and the other three are expected to be posted for review soon.

Please take some time to look over these proposals and provide feedback before the collaboration meeting in 2 weeks, where there will be presentations by each of the proposals on Wednesday, May 17.
