[Halld-physics] Internal review of PAC Proposals

Hi All,

A draft of all four proposals are now posted on the private wiki at https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki-private/index.php/PAC_45_Proposal_Internal_Review.  Please take some time to review the proposals and provide feedback, either on this list or directly to the proposal contact person.
