[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch: 2016-02 ver11 and 2017-01 ver14

Dear Colleagues,

Just before the tape library is unavailable this week, I managed to 
complete the monitoring launch 2016-02 ver11 (10 files per run, runs 
11366-11663).

In addition, the second part (files 5-9) of 2017-01 ver14 ran through 
and the files and histograms were updated with larger statistics.

As always, you can find the plots on the webpages. The experienced user 
will notice new plots concerning the tracker alignment.
