[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch: 2017-01 ver15

Dear Colleagues,

The latest offline monitoring run over this spring’s production data 
(2017-01 ver15) was completed. We used the first 10 files of each run.

In parallel, the reproduction of 2016s golden period is running and 
already passed 60%.
