[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch: 2017-01 ver16

Dear Colleagues,

The latest offline monitoring run over this spring’s production data 
(2017-01 ver16) was completed. We used the first 10 files of each run. 
Unfortunately, there was a problem with the BCal timing calibration, 
which resulted in a worse overall performance of the reconstruction. The 
issue has already been addressed.
